HATTAKAM SIAM ships worldwide. All international orders have approximately 7-21 business days of delivery :
EMS Shipping (Express) 7-15 business days.
International Parcel-Air 15-21 business days.
We ship internationally via ThailandPost.
International orders may have duties or fees by the importing country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the carrier before delivery. These payments are necessary to release your package from customs.

From the time of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please allow 48 hours for international shipments for the tracking information to update. If tracking still hasn’t updated after this time, please contact us at support@hattakamsiam.com with your order number and we are happy to look into this further.
