What is your international shipping policy?
HATTAKAM SIAM ships worldwide. All international orders have approximately 7-21 business days of delivery :
EMS Shipping (Express) 7-15 business days.
International Parcel-Air 15-21 business days.
We ship internationally via ThailandPost.
International orders may have duties or fees by the importing country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the carrier before delivery. These payments are necessary to release your package from customs.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our facilities in the Bang Pa-In, Ayutthaya Area.
Tracking information for my package isn’t updating!
From the time of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please allow 48 hours for international shipments for the tracking information to update. If tracking still hasn’t updated after this time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we are happy to look into this further.
We hope you are delighted with the products you purchase from us, but if, for any reason you want to return anything, we have a simple procedure.
Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received your goods.
You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, or email us at email@example.com. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 15 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 15 day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached.
Simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.
We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once received at our facilities, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the return-postage cost, or exchange the item for a different one if preferred (only if available).
